Day 1- Istanbul -Pergamon
Breakfast, ride to Çanakkale known as the city
in Dardanelles, crossing trough the strategic strait of Dardanelles,
Lunch enroute visiting the famous Troy the legendary city of beatyfull
Helen and the wooden horse, advansing along the Agean coast to Pergamon
and visiting Asclepion and Acropolis, Diner and Overnight.
Day 2 - Pergamon - Pamukkale
Breackfast and departure to Izmir, short city tour in Izmir, advancing
to Ephesus. Tour in Ephesus. Visit Temple of goddes Artemis one of the
7 wonders of the World.then comes to holly site of the house of Virgin
Mary, lunch. Overnight in Pamukkale
Day 3 Pamukkale - Antalya
Breackfast, visit of the magnificent theatre, temple of Apollo, the
fascinating necropolis,last stop before lunch ie the great baths of
hierapolis antique city, departure to Antalya and overnight in Antalya.
Day 4 Antalya - I Day
After breackfast visit the Duden Waterfall and advansing to ruins of
ancient town Perge. Lunch and Antalya city tour. Free time, dinner and
overnight in Antalya
Day 5 Antalya - II Day
Free day in picturesque and welcoming city of Antalya. Many posibilities
including the ruins of termessos in the mountains.
Overnight in Antalya
Day 6 Antalya - Konya -Cappadocia
Following an early breakfast we will drive through an interesting landscape
where peasants make their living, to have lunch en route before arriving
in Konya. Konya was the center of the Selçuk Empire as well as the city
of Mevlana and his Whirling Dervishes. After visiting the Mevlana Museum,
we will continue to Cappadocia . Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.
Day 7 Cappadocia - Ankara
Today we visit the incredible Underground City of Kaymakli where early
Christians lived secretly in order to survive and keep their faith.
Picture stops will be given at the Valley of the Birds and at the foot
of the Uçhisar Castle. Afterwards, proceed to the Göreme Valley to visit
the rock carved churches hollowed out of volcanic ash. Lunch and Departure
for Ankara Dinner and overnight in Ankara.
Day 8 Ankara -Istanbul
After breackfast we visit the Atatürk Mausoleum (1881-1938) founding
father of the Turkish Republic and well-known Museum of Ancient Anatolian
Civilizations with its great Hittite Collection.Departure for Istanbul.
Dinner and overnight in Istanbul.
Day 9 Istanbul - I Day
Full day tour of Istanbul including the Blue Mosque, famous for its
blue tiles and unique with its six minarets built in the name of Sultan
Ahmet I. Next we will have a look at the Hippodrome of Constantinople
where horse and chariot races used to take place, then visit the St.
Sophia Museum which is one of the greatest religious and architectural
marvels of all times. Finally the famous Topkapi Palace museum will
be visited, which was built as the home of the Ottoman sultans, where
lunch will be served.
Day 10 Istanbul - II Day
Breackfast, cruise up to Bosphorus with a couple of sightseeng stops
Return along the Asian coast, free time for some shopings in city and
departure.
